Nguyên nhân: cài đặt Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK), nhưng Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE) bị thiếu, khiến Active Backup for Business Restore Media không thành công.
Giải pháp:
- Để gỡ cài đặt Windows ADK, vào Windows Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program. tìm Assessment and Deployment Kit và click Uninstall.
- Trong Active Backup for Business Recovery Media Creator, chọn USB media hoặc ISO media. Một thông báo sẽ xuất hiện.
- Click Download và làm theo hướng dẫn để hoàn tất quy trình cài đặt Windows ADK.
- Select the features you want to install, tick vào các hộp Deployment Tools and Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE).
- Bây giờ bạn có thể tiến hành tạo USB khôi phục.
